Privacy of space requests
This notice explains what 2LN does with the information you enter in the space request form.
Who is responsible
The details of the data controller are being published.
What we collect
Your company name, your name, your business e-mail address, the size of the company, your needs, who handles HR, the tool you use, your message if you write one, and the language of the page. We also keep an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address, used to spot repeated submissions; the address itself is not kept.
Why
To process your request: contact you back, prepare the opening of your space and choose the right product with you. This information is used for nothing else, and it is not sold.
Who reads it
The 2LN team in charge of opening spaces.
Where it is
In the European Union.
How long
3 years after your request is closed, then it is erased.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or erase this information; the address to write to is being published.
